This service is for programming a replacement second hand Body Control Module (BCM) supplied by a customer to match your Holden VE Commodore’s required VIN and calibrations.
In stock
Holden VE Body Control Modules (BCM) are known to cause locking, lighting and even starting issues when they fail. This can commonly be confirmed by no-communication with the module using a suitable scantool or its inability to control various body controlled components.
This service is for programming a replacement second hand BCM to match your cars calibration and details.
Please ensure that the replacement BCM has the same part number as the original or any newer revision part numbers (Can find from Holden). Not all BCM’s are compatible which is why it must be a compatible part number.
After the BCM has been programmed to suit your vehicles setup, it will require two further learn procedures when fitted to the car using a suitable scantool, these procedures are:
– SDM Primary Key Relearn
– Brake Pedal Position Relearn
The above two learning procedures are not included in our programming as we physically require the car to perform them.
The programming can be performed by either shipping in your replacement Body Control Module (BCM) to us, or by using OBDSync which is a Windows Laptop Program (Recommended Option).
This software is extremely easy to use and will allow you to turn performance menu on and off as you like along with a variety of other settings which you can perform the programming from the comfort of your own home.
This kit includes the required OBDSync Scantool and tokens required to get setup and programming your Holden VE Body Control Module (BCM).
You must have a laptop running 64bit windows 8, 10 or 11.
